摘要
当前农村村民自治中，乡村社会的权力结构基本上还是以乡镇政府为主的国家主导型结构，但民间社会权力正在复兴，反映在村干部选举层面和村政管理中的表现有：一是聚居村落中家族宗族的影响和民间精英的影响与日俱增；二是乡村政治中意识形态化的倾向越来越弱。
Based on the field-work in the ethnic region of western Hubei from 1996 to 2000, the author thinks that the power structure of rural grass-roots units is under the control of the town government, but the influence of the folks is more and more important. This influence is shown through two ways: 1.The powers of patriarchal clans and families are becoming effective in the villagers' self-government. 2.The villagers' communist ideology is becoming more and more seldom and the town government is more and more pragmatic in the rural politic system.
