摘要
管理作为一种生产力因素，是在生产力系统创新功能的形成和发展中发挥作用的。这种作用表现在：它不仅是联结生产力各要素形成创新功能的前提，而且是将生产力各要素的潜在创新“能量”转化为现实创新“能力”的条件；不仅是运筹生产力各要素创新能力的手段，而且还是进一步扩张生产力系统创新功能的内在活力。
： As a factor of the productive force, management plays an innovative role in the formation, operation and development of the productive force system. The innovative function is not only the premise of connecting of all the productive forces to form the innovative function, but also the important condition for transformation of productive forces from the potential innovative competence into real innovative capacity. At the same time, it is not only the method to utilize the innovative competence of the productive forces, but also the internal vigor to expand the innovative function of the productive force system.
