摘要
研究和设计了“终端反射式带状线谐振器”测试系统,配合测量数据处理软件包,对高温超导薄膜的微波表面特性进行了测试分析。
A new terminal reflection stripline resonator system designed for measurement of HTSC (high T_c superconducting) microwave surface resistance is introduced. By using this system and a few data-handle software, a great deal of high T_c supercoducting thin film samples are researched. The method is discussed, some representative results are given.
