摘要
目的 探讨MobiTrak基础上的DCEMRA对动脉硬化性闭塞症 (ASO)的诊断方法与技巧 ,以及该技术对ASO的临床意义。资料与方法 选择 2 0例临床怀疑ASO患者用该技术进行扫描。结果 全部病例的血管显示良好。病变的整体形态从不同的位置和角度得以观察。结论 MobiTrak与DCEMRA相结合是诊断ASO准确、快速、无创和首选的影像学检查方法 。
Objective To discuss the practical method and skill in using MobiTrak technique combined with DCE MRA, and to evaluate this technique in diagnosing arteriosclerotic obliteration.Materials and Methods DCE MRA with MobiTrak technique was performed in 20 patients with vascular lesions. The imaging findings were analyzed.Results The target vessels were well demonstrated in all cases. The whole shape of the lesion could be viewed from any point and angle.Conclusion Being a fast, non invasive and effective imaging technique, MobiTrak combined with DCE MRA is of choice in diagnosing arteriosclerotic obliteration.
