摘要
目的 探讨保留位于龈下的残根、残冠 ,进行铸造桩核加金属烤瓷冠修复的方法。方法 对 11例 (12个牙 )根面位于龈下 3mm左右的残根、残冠 ,经根管治疗后 ,采用烤瓷熔附金属全冠或桩冠修复。结果 经 1～ 4年的临床观察 ,修复冠稳固 ,根周无明显炎症。结论 根面位于龈下 3mm左右的残根、残冠可予以保留 ,进行桩冠修复 。
Objectives The residual roots and the residual crowns under gingiva should be reserved in order to hold up the absorption and atrophy of alveolar bone and to make patients get comfortable and beautiful restorations as possible as you can.Methods 11 patients (12 teeth) are researched in this study. Their residual roots and their residual crowns90 lie about 3mm lower than their gingiva, and they are stable. X-ray indicate that their root canals are filled completely after their root canal therapies. They are restored with porcelain-fused-to-metal full crowns or post crowns. Results After one to four years' clinical observation, restored crowns are stable. And there is no obvious inflammation in the tissue around their roots. Conclusion The residual roots and the residual crowns whose surfaces of their roots lie 3mm or so lower than their gingiva can be reserved.
