Fenton试剂处理活性艳橙X-GN染料废水研究 被引量:4

摘要 采有用Fenton试剂处理活性艳橙X -GN染料废水 ,考查了反应时间、H2 O2 投加量、FeSO2 投加量和原水pH值处理效果的影响。结果表明 ,随着H2 O2 用量和FeSO2 用量的增加 ,活性艳橙的去除率增大 ,而FeSO2 用量过高反而会降低去除率 ,最佳H2 O2 用量为 1.2mg/L废水 ,最佳硫酸亚铁用量为 2 0 0mg/l。活性艳橙废水的pH在 3~ 10范围内均有良好的去除效果 ,pH <3或pH <10 。 Fenton reagent was enployed ti rteat wastewater of reactive orange X-GN.the effect of reaction time,concenrtation of H 2O 2,FeSO 4 amount and Ph on removalefficiency wete invextigated.The reaction mechanism was discussed,too,The results show that the removal efficiency efficieney incteases with the concentration of H 2O 2 and FeSO 4.The optimum concentration of H 2O 2 is 1.2ml/l wastewater.And an overdose of FeSO 4 will reduce the remonal efficiendy.The optimum amount of FeSO 4 is 200mg/l.The remaval efficienciesof reactive orange X-GN are high when Ph range from 3 to 10.But the removal rate will obviously decreases when PH is less than 3 or more than 10.The reaction mechanism is:the colorific groups of reactive orange X-GN are firstly decomposed.And dimerization will occur afterwards are removed by flocculation of Fe(OH) 3.
