摘要
智能住宅是指将各种信息设备和住宅设备通过家庭内网络连接起来,并保持这些设备与住宅的协调,从而构筑成舒适安全的信息化居住空间。近几年来智能住宅得到了很大发展,但是也存在一些问题。
Intelligent residence is referred to the living space which links information equipment with residential equipment by network in house and keeps harmony between the equipments and residence, and builds up a comfortable , safe and information house. Though the intelligent residence has developed very fast in recent years, some problems exist.
