摘要
成功开发了多重变性水玻璃 ,并提出物理—化学联合再生法 ,从而很好地解决了水玻璃砂因溃散性差而引起的“硅尘污染”和因旧砂再生困难而导致的“碱性污染”。水玻璃砂将率先实现无公害化和清洁生产。相反 ,湿型砂和树脂砂除了已知的黑色污染和化学污染 ,发现它们还是二恶英和呋喃的污染源。在 2 1世纪初 ,从环境保护的角度来看 。
Waterglass is of colorless, odorless and poisonless. Waterglass sand will not liberate irritant or harmful gas during mixing, hardening and pouring. But waterglass sand has 'silica-dust pollution' because of its bad collapsibility and 'alkaline pollution' because of its bad reclamability. These troubles could be solved well by the improvement of hardening technology ,by the inventions of the multiple denature waterglass and physico-chemical reclamation processes. Hence the waterglass sand shall firstly realize the object of pollution-free and clear production. Green sand and resin sand have been explored recently to be the pollution source of dioxin and furan-the awful environment hormones .From the environment point of view ,waterglass sand ought to be the first selective mould sand in the early 21st century.
