摘要
本文通过阐述人民主权理论的产生、理论基础、主要内容、“人民”概念、人民主权的实现等问题,着重探讨了人民主权理论的诘难和启示。论文旨在说明,人民主权理论的意义并没有随着资产阶级革命的结束而消失,而是历久弥新。作者认为,人民主权论是指向侵犯人民权利的精英统治的理论工具,并在解构精英统治的专制倾向中延展人民的自由。
This paper reviews the origin and foundation of the theory of people' s sovereignty and discusses its basic contents, such as the concept of 'people', how to ensure realization of people's sovereignty, etc. The author holds that the theory of people's sovereignty, which has been a powerful antidote to political elitism since capitalist revolution, has by no means lost its relevance in our times.
