跨国并购作为重要的国际直接投资方式,是21世纪全球经济扩张的主要手段之一,目前它正迅猛发展,并展现出新的特点。全球跨国并购浪潮的再次兴起是经济全球化与国际产业结构调整的结果,也与各国政策的支持密切相关。全球跨国并购的发展在给我们提供无限发展机遇的同时,也将在技术、管理、法律及金融等方面带来挑战。
Cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions,an important international investment way,is one of the most principle means to enlarge global economy,which is developing quickly and showing some new charac- ters.As a result of the adjustments of world industry structures,global Cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions revives again,which is also very close related to some countries' supporting policies.With the development of global Cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions,we are provided with unlimited opportunities to develop econo- my and will also face the challenges from some aspects,such as technology,management,law,finance, and so on.
