摘要
机械产品整体布局应以零件结构优化为前提,在每一零件都具有最优或较优的结构以后,再考虑零件与零件之间位置关系,才有可能得到好的整体布局方案;布局优化的关键是产品传动链的布局优化。在深入分析自上而下式产品设计的基础上,这里得出产品传动链主要是由运动功率要求逐步映射而成的结论,并提出功率流的概念,在这里实现了对由功率要求映射所得机构零件进行基于力平衡原则的结构优化。实例证明:这里所建立的力学模型和求解方法是可靠的。
The layout optimizing of mechanical product must be on the basis of the structure optimizing of part,only after each part has the best or better structure the product can get better layout project,the key of the product layout is the layout of transmission chain;On the bassis of analyzing the peculiarity of top-down design,this paper deems that the transmisson chain is formed by the mapping of motion power demands gradually,and lodges the concept“powder stream”.This paper achieves to optimize the structure of part created by the functional demand based on the Isometric-Intension Priciple.Application result shows that the mechanics model of part and the settle method are correct.
