摘要
将紫外光预电离横向放电技术用于激励脉冲HF化学激光器,得到了240mJ的脉冲能量,电效率为1.8%,并对相关电参量进行了测量,对气体混合比进行了优化.
The transverse discharge technology of UV preionization is applied to a nonchain TE HF chemical laser. A maximum pulse energy of 240 mJ and the electrical efficiency with 1.8% are reported. Meantime, the related electric parameters has been measured and the mixture ratio of gas was optimized.
