摘要
社会经济的发展必须依赖于科技的不断进步,科技有效地转变为生产力才能满足人们不断增长的物质与文化的需求;可是,许多科技成果得不到市场的认可,当然也就没有科技价值和利润可言。造成这种现象的原因是多方面的,其中关键问题是怎样对科技的运行机制改造与完善,以适应市场经济发展的要求。
