摘要
对目前住宅供暖方式现状进行了分析 ,提出了几种提高供暖质量的有效办法 ,探讨了使用热水表实现住宅供暖按户热计量收费的可行性及分户热计量收费的计费方法 ,同时强调了分户热收费需要解决的几个问题。
In this paper the current house heating mode is analyzed and several effective measures are proposed to enhance heat supply quality. The feasibility of using hot-water meter to realize heating charge and charge method as household heat metering are discussed, at the same time some problems should be solved in household heat metering are emphasized.
