摘要
本文采用溶胶凝胶法获得Y2 O3,BaCO3,CuO超细粉的混合物 ,在 930℃烧结获得单一相的YBa2 Cu3O7-δ超细粉体 ,采用XRD对超导粉末进行测试 ,并与通过固相反应制备的超导粉末进行对比。
complex of Y 2O 3,BaCO 3 and CuO ultrafine particles can be achieved by sol gel process.Single YBa 2Cu 3O 7 δ particle were synthesized at 930℃,superconducting power was tested by XRD.Superconducting power by Sol Gel process was compared with superconducting power by solid state reaction.
