摘要
我国各省的国土资源开发与整治日新月异 ,然而我国各级土地资源管理部门在工作过程中所面临的困难和产生的问题也是多种多样的 ,如部门间不能很好的进行数据共享 ,造成工作重复 ,效率不高 ,更新数据较慢 ,管理周期长等 .因此建立土地资源管理信息系统已成为土地管理工作的重要组成部分 ,如何建立一套科学、有效的管理系统就显得格外重要 .本文针对建立土地资源管理信息系统的各项要求 ,以开发省级土地资源管理信息系统为例 ,着重阐述了如何分析设计省级土地资源管理信息系统、系统内各项功能的实现方法以及开发该系统的难点和解决方法 .
Setting up the Land Resources Management Information System is very important in management of the land resources. The paper focuses on how to build the Province Land Resources Management Information System and how its functions become actualization. In the end, the paper expatiate on the difficulty of building the system.
