摘要
提出了大幅面图像激光标刻系统的结构和工作原理 ,阐述了实现 10 0Mbit大幅面 (130 0mm× 10 36mm)图像标刻的算法 ,很好解决了大幅面图像标刻中过量占用系统资源的问题 ,实现了大幅面图像的快速标刻和标刻系统的实时控制 .利用软件处理实现了图像分辨率和标刻分辨率的匹配 ,减少了图像的锯齿形失真 。
The laser carving framework of the large area image and its theory were shown. How to realize carving such a large area image (1?300?mm×1?036?mm) comprising one million bytes was shown. The solution to excessively occupying the systemic resources was found and the insu control was realized by reading one line of image file once into the memory and preventing from reading all the data into memory once. The match between the resolution of image and the resolution of engraved platen was established, and a formula was worked out. This can remove the hackle distortion and make the marked image perfect.
