摘要
在探讨班级公共关系对师范生生活、学习及将来要从事的班主任工作的意义和作用的基础上指出 ,师范生不但应该具备一定的班级公关意识 ,而且应具备组织领导、人际交往、宣传表达和收集处理信息等方面的能力。对于师范生应通过开设公共关系课程或者举办有关的报告、讲座 ,使他们获得系统的班级公关理论和技能 ,并在班级管理。
Teacher training students should be provided not only with a certain degree of consciousness of class public relation,but also with the abilities in respects of organization and leadership,interpersonal communication,propaganda and expression,information gathering and processing,etc..For the purpose,they should be offered courses in class public relations or public relations,or given reports or lectures or even allowed to teach themselves on the subject,so that they would acquire systematic theories and skills in class public relation and put them into effect and improve themselves in class management,in teaching practice,and in students activities in mass organizations.
