摘要
建立一个客观、全面、操作性强的农业现代化发展水平指标评价体系,有助于了解农业发展的实际水平,以便寻找不足,并有针对性地采取相应措施.在农业现代化概念和客观标准基础上,参照国内外有关研究,并通过专家咨询,构建了农业现代化发展水平指标评价体系及计算模型.应用该评价指标体系对成都市进行了测算和分析.该评价体系能客观地反映农业发展的实际水平.
It is helpful to set up an objective, comprehensive and applicable system to evaluate agricultural modernization, so that the real development levels of agriculture can be determined, and deficiencies can be revealed for appropriate measures to be taken. Based on the concepts and standards of agricultural modernization available worldwide, and by consultation to experts, a new model and system to evaluate agricultural modernization is proposed. The system is used to calculate the development level of agricultural modernization of Chengdu city, which is one of key cities in the western China. The results show that the value system can reflects the actual development of agriculture modernization objectively.
