单边带信号互调失真测试仪的研制

摘要 本文从单边带信号互调失真的数学分析入手,导出了互调失真分量的包络重复频率与等幅双音调制信号包络重复频率的关系,提出了一种新颖的单边带信号互调失真测试原理和方法,并据此设计、研制了单边带信号互调失真测试仪.文中给出了该仪器的系统原理框图、主要技术性能、参数和测试结果. This paper is begun with the mathematical analysis of the distortion produeed by cross-modula on in single side band signal. The relational cxpression is derived between the repeated envclope frequency of cross-modulation distortion signal and the repeated envelope frequency of the modulation signal comprising of two tones with same amplitude. A new principle and method measuring cross-modulation distortion in single side band signal is presented, and the eross-moduation distortion meter is designed and made according to above principle and methed. The schematic drawing, performance index and parameters and test results of the instrument are given in this paper.
