摘要
活塞式内燃机在稳定运转时,其瞬时转速是波动的,利用实测的瞬时转速波形,可以快速分析各缸工作的均匀性,为查找异常气缸提供依据.本文提出一种高精度测试内燃机瞬时转速的方案,系统采用先进的16位单片微机以及8MC高速多通道计数器,在硬、软件上还采取了一些提高精度的措施,文章给出了4缸和16缸柴油机瞬时转速的实测波形.实测表明,系统能连续测量多缸内燃机的瞬时转速,并具有较高的测试精度和分辨率.此外,系统还能获取瞬时转速的特征值(诸如最高转速、最低转速、转速的波动率以及起动时间等)以及过渡过程中的转速动态变化曲线,并能与PC微机组成主从式测试及诊断系统.
Reciprocating interal combustion engine when working in steady state, its instantaneous speed is fluctuating. Making use of the real-tested instantaneous spccd waveform can offer fast ways to analyze the cylinder's working situation, giving basis for checking the abnormal cylinders. This paper presents a high precision instantaneous speed method. The system adopts advanced 16-digital single chip micro-computer and multi—channel high speed counters with oscilating frequeney as high as 8 MC. Several measures has been taken both on hardwares and softwares to raise the testing precision, In the meantime, the article gives the realtime instantaneous speed curves f 4-cylinder interal combustion engine and that of 16-cylinder engine, it proves that the system can test multi-cylinder interal combustion engine's instantaneous speed continuously with high precision and resolution ratio. Besides, the system can get characteristic values of the speed (such as the maximium speed、minimum speed、the speed's pulsation ratio and the starting time etc.) and the speed's varing curves when the engine is being started or when the speed is changed from one value to another. Also, this system can be connected with the PC to form a master-slaves-type testing and diagnosing system.
