摘要
新时期学校体育教育的改革要遵循"健康第一"的学校教育指导思想。体育教育工作者有必要对传统体育教育观念指导下的体育教学进行反思。加强对健康教育内涵的理解,从根本上转变体育教育观念,加强体育教师队伍建设,加大体育科研力度,改革课程内容设置和教学措施等体系,推进健康教育与素质教育在学校体育教育中的实施.
In the new period, the pedagogic reform on school P.E. should abide by the teaching principle of 'Health First'. It is necessary for P.E. teachers and devotees to reflect on current P.E. teaching theories brewed by our traditional concepts on our P.E. education. We should deepen our understanding of the connotation of Health Education. The following measures should be taken: make a fundamental change on our concepts about P.E. teaching; improve the staff quality of P.E. teaching; put more effects on scientific research work of P.E.; optimize the courses setup, and improve teaching means system; promote the practice of 'Health Education' and 'Quality Education' in school P.E. teaching.
