摘要
本文叙述一种利用光纤微弯曲原理实现无源膜盒压力测量的新仪器和新方法。介绍光纤耦合信号的稳幅与调制、双路光纤信号的比例测量以改善系统的稳定性,噪声、漂移抑制,抗干扰等性能指标的技术措施。给出了仪器压力测量的试验结果。
A New Pressure measurement instrument with thue passive diaphragm and the optical fiber microbendor is proposed in this paper. The techniques for stabilization amplitude and modulation of the fiber coupled signal, ratio measurement of two fiber signals are introduced. We discussed the improvement in stability, noisc, drift, antiperturbation by means of taking thcse methods, and given the pressurc measurement results.
