摘要
研究了科技型中小企业的定义,建立了科技型中小企业投资价值测评指标体系。该体系以技术和产品评价为基石,以团队管理为关键,以超额财务效益为目标,既注重现有市场的分析,更强调技术创造市场需求的能力,全面考察企业成长过程中的生存环境和面临的各种风险。该体系为投资决策提供了科学的依据。
This article studies the definition of small and medium-sized S&T enterprises, and sets up an index system concerning investment evaluation of small and medium-sized S&T enterprises. This system is based on the technology and product evaluation. It focuses on team management, and sets the excess financial benefits as a target, emphasizes market analysis and the ability of technology to create a market. Finally, it reviews the survival environments and risks of an enterprise from all aspects during its growth. This system offers the scientific basis for investment decision-making.
