摘要
采用固相反应法制备了CaS∶Eu粉末荧光发光材料 .通过共掺杂K+ 和Eu2 + 离子 ,产生了新的“空穴陷阱”机制 ,提高了这种荧光发光材料的发光强度和发光时间 .研究了激活剂浓度与荧光性质的关系 ,即随着激活剂铕含量的增加 ,荧光发光材料的颜色逐渐加深 ,但发光强度随着激活剂铕含量的增加而逐渐减弱 .还得出了最佳烧结时间为 :1到 1 5h .并用SPEXFluoroMAX2荧光光谱仪测定了荧光材料的发射光谱 ,给出了发光材料在 2 5 0nm激发的发射谱 .
CaS∶Eu powder liked fluorescence material was produced and new'hole trap' was obtained by doping with K + and Eu 2+ . The fluorescence material's luminous intensity was strengthened and luminous hours were lengthened. The relationship between density of the activator and characteristics of photoluminescence was studied,that is, fluorescence material's color gets darker and darker with the increase of Eu's content, but the change for intensity is just on the contrary. Best range of sintering hours is from 1 to 1 5h. The fluorescence material's fluorescence spectrum is measured by SPEX FluoroMAX2 fluorescence spectrum equipment and its emission spectrum excited by 250?nm was given. Its photoluminescence principle is also described.
