摘要
对新建本科院校人文素质教育的现状和问题根源进行了系统的分析、研究,提出新建本科院校立足于内涵升本,应该从整体上优化人文素质教育,提高大学生的人文素质。具体应做好以下工作:确立以科学教育和人文教育相融合为中心的办学理念,并采取有效措施保证落实;构建人文素质教育课程体系和评估体系;推进人文素质教育课程教法改革,在专业教学中渗透人文素质教育;加强教师队伍建设,全面提高师资队伍的人文素养;深入开展社会实践活动;加强校园文化建设。
The author analyses and studies the present situation of the education of humanism quality in newly-built university and the sources of the problems,and advances that the newly-built university should be based on the going up in intention,make the education of humanism quality better on the whole and improve students' humanism quality.Therefore,we should do well the following jobs:to establish the conception of melting scientific and humanism education,and take effective measure to ensure its realizing;to construct the course system of humanism quality and the system of evaluation;to promote the teaching reform of humanism quality,and to permeate it in professional teaching;to enhance the construction of the ranks of teachers,and improve teachers' humanism accomplishment wholly;to launch the activity of social practice;to strength the campus culture.
