Malaysian provides an effectiveexample by which the relationship betweenthe process of planning development andthe theories relating to the planning practiceand management could be explored. It alsoshows development process of planningsystem and strategies within mixed-economy structure with private sectors basedin the rapid growth of economy andurbanization.
