摘要
当今时代 ,科学技术突飞猛进 ,社会对人才的评价标准已发生了深刻变化 ,它不仅要求要有渊博的知识 ,而且还必须具备创新精神和创新能力 ,所以 ,加强对当代大学生创新能力培养具有重要意义。创新能力是指在现实条件下或物质基础上通过内部的革新创造出满足时代要求的新事物或产生精神上创意的能力。加强对当代大学生创新能力的培养不仅要更新观念 ,狠抓教改 ,加强思想政治教育 ,而且要尊重大学生的个性发展 ,重视大学生的科研和实践活动。
With the spurt of science and technology in modem times, criterion to evaluate talented personnel needed in society has changed. It requires both profound knowledge and creative spirit and ability. Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen and foster modem college students' creative ability, which can meet the need of new things in modem society and generate spiritual creative ability through intemal reform at the basis of materials or under real conditions. To reach the goal, it is necessary for us to innovate our notion. to carry out teaching reform, to consolidate political and moral education, and to stress college students' research and practice with their personality fully respected.
