摘要
研究了用冶炼高炉重矿渣制造的建筑用砂的化学成分、物理性能以及在混凝土中的应用情况。研究结果表明,用高炉重矿渣制成的精制矿砂符合GB/T14684—2001《建筑用砂》的技术要求,应用于混凝土中无潜在危害,而且具有较高的强度和较好的预防碱集料反应的作用。用精制矿砂配制混凝土,可节省水泥用量10%;用于混合砂浆中,可节省水泥用量30%。
Study has been carried out on the chemical constitution and physical properties of the building sand made from the heavy slag from the blast furnace and its application to concrete.The result from the study indicates that the washed ore sand from the blast furnace heavy slag can meet the technical requirements of 《Building Sand》 GB/T 14684-2001,and that it has no hidden harm when used in concrete and even produces relatively high strength and relatively better effect to prevent the alkali-aggregate reaction.It has been proved that by using washed ore sand to produce concrete,10 % of cement consumption can be saved and by mixing it with composite mortar,30 % of cement can be saved.
