摘要
针对金华变电所一期工程投产时,遥测、遥信的传送时间不能满足设计要求这一情况,为满足相关调度中心对变电所和联络线监控的需要,保证福建与华东联网工程的顺利实施,对远动系统软件和数据流向进行了改造。在不改变原有硬件设备的基础上,采用修改软件、减少数据的中间处理环节、优化数据流向等措施,达到了提高实时性指标的目的。改造提高了遥测、遥信的响应速度,确保了福建与华东电网联网工程的顺利投运。
The tele-metering and tele-signaling transmission times could not meet the design specifi-cations after the first stage of500kV Jinhua substation project.In order to satisfy the requirements of the dispatch center for supervising and controlling substation and tie-line,and to ensure the successful interconnection between Fujian and East China power networks,the software and data flow of the telecommunication system are modified.Without changing the original hardware,the real-time index has improved by software modification,data processing step deduction and data flow optimization.The implementation procedure and the achievements of telecommunication system reformation are introduced.
