摘要
电化学腐蚀是套管井中普遍存在的问题。为了判定新井是否需要做电化学腐蚀保护 ,以及评价已做腐蚀保护井的保护效果 ,开展了套管井电位剖面测井仪的研制与应用工作。井下仪器有 2套相距很远的测量电极 ,中间有一段玻璃钢绝缘体。井下仪器电路中使用了微弱信号差动放大和V F转换技术 ,把 2套电极间的电位差转换为频率信号 ,送地面设备记录。套管电位剖面曲线斜率为负 ,则表示有腐蚀发生 ;根据曲线斜率还可以计算出腐蚀电流 ,供实施保护措施时使用。列举了数口井的测井实例 。
Electrochemical corrosion problems are ubiquitous in cased wells. In order to determine whether a new well needs electrochemical corrosion protection, and to evaluate the effects of the corrosionprotected wells, a casing potential profile tool is developed and applied. The tool has two sets of electrodes, deployed with a very long space, and has a fiberglass isolator between the two electrode sets. Weak signal differential magnification and VF conversion techniques are employed in the circuit in the downhole tool, and the voltage between the two sets of electrodes is transformed into frequency signal, which is sent to the surface. In a casing potential log, curve slope is negative when corrosion is taking place. Corrosion current, which is an important data for corrosion protection, can be calculated by using curve slope. Field examples exhibited that the tool is useful in corrosion and protection evaluations.
