摘要 介绍一种基于CPLD的新型测井深度面板。该面板采用复杂可编程逻辑器件ispLSI10 32取代中小规模集成电路实现测井深度的误差校正 ,电路结构显著简化 ;采用液晶显示器、薄膜键盘作为人机交互设备 ,操作方便 ;采用单片机AT 89C5 2作为控制部件 ,功能增强 ,性能价格比改善。与以往的深度面板相比 ,该面板的特点是提供与主机通讯的串行接口 ,便于主机与深度面板间的通讯及控制 ;根据实际需要设定深度、张力报警参数 。 This paper describes a new type of logging depth panel based on complex programmable logical device ( CPLD) ispLSI1032. With the help of CPLD device, the new panel′s hardware structure is simplified much more compared with the old products. Microcontroller, thin keyboard and LCD are used for expanding more powerful functions, thus a better ratio of function to price is obtained. It can communicate with host computer of a logging system through a standard RS232 asynchronous communication interface, so it can be controlled by host computer. It also provides a sampling pulse to drive realtime data acquistion system directly. Because various cases encountered in the field are considered, it is very convenient and reliable for application. With its better performance, it has a great practical value and good application perspectives.
