摘要
建立了一套石蜡氯化的实验装置,重点研究了液体石蜡光氯化的反应特性,进行了光源的选择、内外光引发以及光氯化过程控制的探索.研究表明,石蜡光氯化光源的最佳波长为340nm;最佳引发温度为60~80℃;引发时间为30~50min;水分和空气对反应有明显的终止作用;实验条件下生产氯化石蜡-52的反应时间为6~7h.
Setup for photocatalytic chlorination of paraffin was built. The photocatalytic reaction characteristics for chlorination of paraffin had been investigated, such as the choice of light sources, the way for initiation and the controlling methods for photocatalytic reaction. The results show that the optimum wavelength for initiation is 340nm, that the best temperature for initiation is 60~80℃, and that water and air are effective termination factors. Under these optimal conditions, the reaction time for chlorinated paraffin52 is 6~7 hours.
