摘要
建立了人参中总皂甙超声波半微量快速提取方法。与索氏提取法相比 ,此法提取时间由索氏法的 1~ 2个工作日缩短到 30min ,节省大量试剂 ,综合提取效率提高数十倍。与索氏提取法对照分析表明 ,此法可完全满足人参中总皂甙的快速测定要求。
A rapid ultrasonic extraction method of total ginsenoside from ginseng was reported in this paper. In the operation of ultrasonic extraction, only 0.1g of sample and 2ml of methanol were used. Only 30min were necessary for the extraction. As compared with the conventional Soxhlet′s extraction method, the ultrasonic extraction method required shorter extraction time and less solvent reagent. Furthermore the composite extraction efficiency of the ultrasonic method was about 10 times higher than the Soxhlet′s method. There was no significant difference between the analytical results obtained by these two methods.
