摘要
对润滑剂工作状况的新监测技术———伏安测定技术作了详细的介绍。应用这种技术可以快速对润滑剂中抗氧剂、总酸值和总碱值进行测定 ,测定结果与常规技术测定结果具有一致性。利用这种技术可以有效地评价润滑剂的使用寿命和设备工作状况。
It was reported that the voltammetric method was used as a monitoring technique for the working condition of lubricants. By the use of this method, antioxidants, total acid number and total base number of lubricants were rapidly determined. The results obtained were in good accordance with the conventional method. By the use of the data obtained, the service life and the operating condition of the working machine or instrument can be evaluated more effectively.
