The doctor human life value includes two parts:social value and ego value.Under the Market economy term,the way of the doctors handling the relationship between the social value and the ego value,and the method of the doctorss realizing their human life value affect the doctors existing state?life quality and development degree.The article gives exploratory investigation in the composition and orientation of the doctors human life value?the method of the doctors realizing maximum human life value.
