摘要
目的 应用Amplatzer封堵器治疗继发孔型房间隔缺损(ASD)并对其疗效进行评价。方法 11例房间隔缺损病人,年龄5-52岁。在透视及食管超声心动图(TEE)监视下经导管置入Amplatzer封堵器封堵房间隔缺损。术后即时行食管超声心动图,术后24h、1月、3月分别行经胸超声心动图评价治疗效果。结果 全组疗效均佳,未见残余分流。结论经导管置入Amplatzer封堵器治疗继发孔型房间隔缺损是一种安全有效的非手术方法。
Objective To evaluate the treatment efficiency of transcatheter closure of secundum atrial septal defect (ASD) using Amplatzer occluder device. Methods There were 11 patients with ASD.The patient's age was ranging from 5 to 52 years. All patients with ASD were occluded using Amplatzer occluder device under guidance of fluoroscopy and transesophageal echocardiography(TEE) through percutaneous approach. Transesopha-geal echocardiograms were performed immediately and transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) was done at 24h, 1 month and 3 month after the procedure to evaluate the efficiency. Results The treatment efficiency of all patients was very well. No residual shunt was found in these patients after the procedures. Conclusion Transcathe-ter closure of secundum ASD using Amplatzer occluder device is an safe and efficient nonsurgical method.
