摘要
目的 总结94例双胎妊娠的分娩方式及妊娠结局。 方法 对94例双胎妊娠和分娩情况进行回顾性分析。 结果 双胎妊娠妊娠期、产时和产后并发症多于单胎妊娠,胎位是决定分娩方式的主要因素。 结论 对双胎妊娠应加强孕期管理,掌握适宜的分娩时机和正确的分娩方式。
Objective To investigate the outcome of twin pregnancy for 94 cases. Methods A retrospective method was used to analyze 94 cases with twin pregnancy. Results Twin pregnancy had more complications than singleton during in labor and puerperuim Conclusions Antenatal care should be enhanced in twin pregnancy. Timing and made of delivery are the most important.
