摘要
目的:探讨用带瓣臂静脉段自体移植治疗下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全。方法:54例深静脉瓣膜功能不全,行带瓣臂静脉段自体移植术。结果:术后原有下肢肿胀(49例),色素沉着(36例)减轻,23条下肢溃疡愈合,有3例形成血栓,经治疗后痊愈。结论:该术式治疗下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全手术方法简单、安全,疗效确切。
Objective: To investigate the treatment of deep vein insufficiency of lower limbs by autografting of arm vein segr-ment with peduncles. Methods: 54 cases were selected to undergo autografting of arm vein segrment with peduncles from 127 cases with deep vein insufficiency of lower limbs. Results: Symptoms of swelling of lower limbs in 49 cases and pigmentation in 36 cases were gradually lightened after operation, lower limbs ulcers of 23 cases were cured. There were 3 cases formed thrombosis and were cured after treatment. Conclusion: The operation of autografting of arm vein segrment with peduncles is simple, safe in treatment of deep vein insufficiency of lower limbs.
