摘要
本文针对大惯量、大负荷、低速工况的滞环及爬行现象,提出了一种新型的解决方法——脉宽调制(PWM)型数控比例方向阀控制。本文从该阀的原理结构,到实验及其应用范围等,都作了详细的论述。对该阀作了建模和理论分析,并对以PWM信号输入,阀芯的运动作了数字仿真,结果与实验一致。
This paper puts forward a new method for solving hysteresis loop and stick-slip Phenomenon in large torque, high load and low speed conditions, i.e. PWMtype NC proportional directional control. It describes in detail the principle and structure of the valve, the experiment and the application.Thrugh model establishment and theoretical analysis of the valve, and numerical simulation for PWM signal input and valve spool movement, results agree with the experiment.
