摘要
自改革开放 ,尤其是中国加入世贸来 ,随着人民生活水平的提高以及稻米贸易对品质的要求 ,促使我国开始重视对稻米品质问题的研究
With the improvement of the peoples living standard and the development of rice trade, more emphasis have been put on the research of rice grain quality since the implementation of opening up policy in China, especially the entry of China into the WTO. The research situation in the recent year on the rice grain quality and its affecting factors at domestic or abroad were reviewed in this paper.
