摘要
本文主要从技术安全措施和组织安全措施两个方面对智能变电站设备检修的安全措施落实情况展开讨论。从技术方面主要通过正确地投退保护装置的智能变电站(SV)、GOOSE软压板和各智能设备检修压板来控制,从组织方面主要是提高运行人员和检修人员的技术素质以及制定相应的规章制度来管控。
The implementation of technical safety measures and organizational safety measures for smart substation equipment maintenance is discussed in this article.From technical aspect the safety measures are mainly implemented through correct commissioning of smart substation SV,GOOSE soft straps and IED maintenance straps of protection devices.From the organizational aspect the safety measures are mainly implemented through improving maintenance personnel quality and formulation relevant regulations.
