集群式创新与外规模经济被引量：8

摘要解决中小企业技术创新活力与规模经济性的矛盾 ,是加快中小企业技术创新的关键。本文在阐释“两个熊彼特”基本观点的基础上 ,指出了其争论的焦点之所在。然后 ,跳出“熊彼特假设”的争议圈 ,从一个全新的角度提出了集群式创新概念 ,并运用外规模经济理论分析了中小企业集群式创新的优势来源。
