摘要
研究胎圈钢丝化镀锡青铜的镀液配方 ,分析了 ρ(Cu2 +) ρ(Sn2 +)之比和硫酸浓度对镀液的影响 :ρ(Cu2 +) ρ(Sn2 +)之比应控制在 13以上 ,硫酸浓度可在一定范围波动 ,对镀层含锡量影响不明显。加入研制的添加剂可增加镀液稳定性。为提高镀层与橡胶的粘结力 ,应加强钢丝表面前处理和镀后处理。
To research the plating liquid prescription of bronze-plating by chemical displacement on bead wire.The effects of concentration ratio of Cu 2+to Sn 2+ and sulphuric-acid concentration on the plating liquid are analyzed.The concentration ratio of Cu 2+to Sn 2+ should be controlled over 13.The sulphuric-acid concentration can wave within a certain scope,and its effect on Sn component in the coat is not obvious.Adding additive researched and produced by self can raise the stability of the plating liquid.In order to increase the coherence of rubber with coat,the pre-treatment and after-treatment of steel wire's surface should be strengthened.
