摘要
面对经济增长速度过高、通货膨胀加剧的国民经济形势,党的十三届三中全会作出了治理经济环境、整顿经济秩序的决定,国务院则相应地出台了一系列经济紧缩政策。但时至今日,紧缩的效果究竟如何、甚至对是否应该实行紧缩等等。
This article trios to analyze the background and causes of China's economic contraction viewing from the course of China's economic development in recent years. It also makes an objective appraisal of the effect of the eco nomic contraction being practised in China. Furthermore, it presents its views on the problems which should be paid attention to in the current course of economic contraction.
