紫杉烷类新剂型的研究进展及其临床应用 被引量：25

摘要 紫杉醇和多西他赛是临床治疗乳腺癌、卵巢癌和非小细胞肺癌的有效药物。由于紫杉烷类药物具有强疏水性 ,市售注射剂均采用非离子表面活性剂乳浮EL(cremophorEL)作溶媒 ,临床过敏反应发生率高 ,为此 ,研究新型高效低毒性药物载体是近年来紫杉烷类新药研究的热点。本文综述了近年来紫杉烷类的新剂型如乳剂和微乳、前体药物、环糊精包合物、脂质体、纳米粒和嵌段共聚物等 ,并对其可行性进行了分析。
