摘要
通过对锅炉启动过程中参数控制的难点进行分析,总结出了“机组并网前通过控制燃烧强度来控制主汽温度、机组并网后用减温水来控制主汽温度”的启动操作方法,并配合以油枪喷嘴口径调整,基本解决了锅炉启动过程中参数控制难的问题。
Based on analysis of difficulties of parameters control during start of t he boiler,it summarized the appropriate state me thod,i.e.control of combustion str ength to control the main tur-bine' s temperature before parallel in of t he turbine -generator;control of th e main turbine' s tempera-ture by using temperature reducing w ater after parallel in of the turbine-generator.At the same time,nozzle diameter of the oil syringe was adjusted.This basically solve the problem of parame-ters control during start of the boil er.[
