摘要
目的 :探讨三踝骨折的内固定治疗。方法 :对 5 4例三踝骨折采用手术内固定治疗 ,结合临床研究及损伤机制进行回顾分析。结果 :本组病例 3 4例随访 ,随访时间 6个月～ 8年 ,优 18例 ,良 10例 ,可 5例 ,差 1例。优良率82 .3 %。结论 :三踝骨折手术治疗的关键是恢复并稳定踝穴和距骨的解剖关系 ,并重视下胫腓联合的处理。强调手术按后、外、内踝的顺序进行及早期功能锻炼。
Objective:To explore the operation with internal fixation for the ankle joint Cotton's fracture.Methods:Fifty-four cases of the ankle joint Cotton's fracture operated with internal fixation were reviewed,combined with clinical research and wounded mechanism.Results:Thirty-four cases were followed up for 6 months～8 years.There were excellent results in 18 cases,good results in 10 cases,poor results in 5 cases and bad results in l case.Good result was 82.3%.Conclusion:Anatomic relation of the talus is key points for the treatment of Cotton's fracture of the ankle,when the space between the distal tibia and fibula is widened,the syndesmosis separation should be managed.It is emphasized to operate accordance with posterior/lateral/medial malledus in sequent and to exercise early.
