摘要
研究了红枣试管苗在炼苗过程中光合特性的变化规律。结果表明 ,在炼苗过程中 ,试管苗叶绿素含量增加 ,蒸腾强度和气孔密度降低 ;通过炼苗 ,可使试管苗的光合特性发生显著变化 ,增强其对环境的适应性 。
The changes of Chinese date test tube seeding of photosynthetic characteristic after removed from cultivation were studied.The results showed that stomatal density and transpiration intension of Chinese date test tube seeding are decreased,while cholrophyll content in leave is increased aftre removed from cultivation.The seeding could gradually intensify its photosynthetic capability in training in order to adapt to the environment and improve the survival rate.
