摘要 商品材树种识别中,制做并观察木材显微切片是一种常用而可靠的方法.作者尝试了用单面保安刀片切制显微切片的技术:通过充分软化、仔细修整切面、反复耐心切制,最后从多片切片中优选出最佳切片的方法制成的切片,可基本满足树种鉴定要求.同时辅以宏观构造特征观察以及木材密度、干缩性等物理性质的测定,完成木材识别. To identify commercial wood, making wood slices and observing its microcosmic structure is a popular and reliable way. The author attempted to do the job with common steel knife. With the help of softening the wood thoroughly, trimming the section carefully, cutting the slices patiently for more times, at last, the optimum method from many slices was selected. The slices in the experiment can fulfill the requirement of identification on the whole. Together with the observing of gross characteristics and the measuring of physical properties of wood, such as density, coefficient of shrinkage, the identification is accomplished.
